The March Boise Area Market Update:

This was the comment in this space last month:  Check this out! In 2023, New listings Jan to Feb grew 9%, then, Feb to Mar grew 23.6  This year, New listings from Jan to Feb grew 21.8% !  – – What will Feb to March be? 

Well, now we know – Feb/Mar new listings were 751 vs 975 !  That’s 23% growth. 
Total sold had a good jump as well, going from 516 in February to 624 in March
